Try adding some canned green tripe, cottage cheese, yogurt, or goats milk to his food. Green tripe usually picks up their appetite for me.

give the pup some natural yogurt if you have to spoon feed it to him it usualy makes them eat also give him his food and put a little fresh or caned meat in it put a little in his mouth and leave the bowl for him to go into if he does not eat out the bowl within 10 to 15 minuets take the bowl away and dont give him anything to eat untill his next feed time try this for a day or so also he will be missing his sisters so get him out a lot and play with him and meet other dogs and have fun hopefully this will take his mind off his sisters not being their  do not feed him from your hand or make to much of a fuss as he will play on this and never eat properly hope this works for you keep us posted good luck

My present puppy refused food from her bowl after her litter mates left, I scattered a small hand full of food on the ground, she had found a new game, very soon she was back to normal eating again. I think once she no longer had to fight the others for her food she just slowed down and didn't feel the rush to eat ????
So try making food time a game.
