After reading some of your posts, and knowing what I had to endure by a local breeder in Florida. I am posting this as an FYI:
Any complaints you may have about scams, animal abuse, breeders, over breeding a bitch or anything having to do with your pets. Please know that there are laws and lawyers that specialize in animal rights.
LAWS that we often don’t know about or who to go to for questions; as a German Shepherd owner and animal lover, I want to tell you about a law school in Oregon. I have included the link for you below and educate some of you that have fallen victims of scams. The more we know about the laws, the more we can do to improve the quality and set new standards to put out of business unscrupulous dog brokers and breeders.
FYI
The information is here for you to use and call should you have the need to consult a lawyer.Lewis and Clark Law School.

Or you looking to drum up some business here.
State and local laws, and city/county ordnances are public and can be looked up with little effort.
And if you need a lawyer for whatever reason God help you.
Pick a local lawyer.

I'll tell you about lawyers, I even have one in the family.
When it comes to lawyers, you get what you pay for.
I would not trust anything to a free one, unless your case is so strong you could present it yourself, or your opponent is a moron.
Besides having talent a lawyer must have resources, both come with a price.
Lawyers who claim specialties would never be my first choice, they are not the top of the food chain.
Welcome to our legal system.
Anyway, sorry I ragged on you.
I'm just tired of people trying to sell me shit, my mistake.
Besides the information was not that good.

You didn't understand my words at all........ dear?
My point is a good lawyer needs no help finding legal precedent at all, thats what you pay them for.
Some are just better than others at doing their jobs. The better ones cost more, thats all.
I don't think your link would impress my lawyer. Nothing personal.
Your sure don't know much about lawyers.
Anyway It's a boring slow Monday so I looked up this thread to see how it was going.
Apparently no where.
Moons.
