The VA rating can only be awarded at a national event where the performance test is done. Each country has it's own rules. Most follow the SV guidelines. VA ratings can be awarded by whoever the judge of the event is, SV or otherwise. The SV only recognizes VA ratings awarded by SV judges. Check the rules of the country where the event is held for the most accurate answer.

I would like to add here that only those dogs get VA rating which have SchH Title.

dear Imran zia,i think u dont know about wusv relaxsation about schh till 2007 after that no dog without schh can grade as a va and these rules for those who are affilated with them.

Dear Mr Subhani Please allow me to update you further that they also require a Hip Grading,DNA. About relaxation by the SV,I would like to see in writing then believing. As for affiliated clubs are concern, I have no arrgument on this point

It is my understanding that VA can only be awarded at the Sieger Show, Now what is IPO qualification PLease Jake
