My three year old is learning what a Zoom Groom is and a Slicker Brush and how to put the hair in in plastic bag :-)
And also explaining it to Galan. Hehe. Oh and he likes to help vacuum afterwards. It was definitely a relaxing night.

HI Stacy,
it sure must be nice to have such a determent helper - my son is 15 years now, quite hard to get him to walk the dog, a demand of mine to brush Anka would definately make him laugh in disbelief !!

Look's like you just might have the beginning of a great handler there!

No, my groomer (moi) is not nearly that cute! But we use the same tool. Love my Zoom Groom! The dog looks very happy with the groomer too.

Thanks guys... I brag shamelessly I know...Thanks for tolerating me ;-)
Ulli...My 12 year old sounds much like your 15 year old. He has wanted his own GSD for awhile now but he doesn't want to clean up after them or groom them... ( I even do all the feeding since I feed raw) He had the nerve to ask "how much" I would pay him one day after I had been sick for a few days and need help cleaning poop!
I thought about letting him work with one of my current puppies but they are too high strung and he will only get frustrated, and so will the dogs!
Maybe my little one will be my junior handler some day...He even tries to help clean poop!
GSDT, I LOVE my Zoom Groom too. I find you can have longer brushing sessions than with any other brush or comb because they actually enjoy it, kind of like a massage :-)
They both really enjoyed the bonding time.
