Bitch 1 had a litter of 10 pups on April 24, 2010. Pictures below were taken on the day after pups were born. There are 6 males and 4 females. 2 males are sold. Pups will be $600.00 each with a non-refundable deposit of $300.00. Taking deposits now. First come first serve. We will not under any circumstances hold any pup without a deposit being placed so don't ask.Bitch 1's first litter sold for $1000.00 a pup so this is a great deal for someone at almost half the price due to the economy.
Bitch 2 had a litter of 7 puppies on May 2, 2010. Her pups will be $600.00 for the pick of the litter bi-colored male. The other 2 sable males and 4 sable females are $500.00 a pup with a non-refundable deposit of $250.00. Taking deposits for Bitch 2's litter also right now.
Both mothers were sired by Male. Please take the time to see our females and male in this website. All our German Shepherds have great bloodlines and produce extraordinary pups.
I have taken out the names of the dogs an replaced them with Bitch 1, Bitch 2, and Male
How at 7 days old can you tell which is your pick puppy? Is it by color?
I have noticed that there has been a few litters with pups with a good bit of white, is that bad.

We only breed German Shepherds with excellent pedigree are better to maintain a high standard that which the German Shepherd Dog deserves. Our puppies are breed to be working dogs. It doesn't matter if you are looking for a field and trial puppy, a K-9 puppy, or just a family pet, our puppies would be a perfect choice for either of these. We have been breeding German Shepherds since 2000. This may seem like a short time but, in that time, we have acquired a vast amount of knowledge on German Shepherds and what it takes to produce a German Shepherd of top quality. Bitch Bitch Bitch Male are our 4 top quality breeding German Shepherds. They all have excellent to superb blood lines. Please take the time to view our dogs and view their pedigree. Since we are a small kennel, we don't have puppies available at all times. However, when puppies are available at our kennel, they tend to go fast. Please note that maybe a handful of kennels in the whole state of Louisiana might be able to match the quality of our puppies and with Bitch 1 puppies you would have to go out of state to match that type of quality. If we don't have puppies available at this time please check back as we will update when puppies are expected.

I am new to all this and am seeking the knowledge to see the good positive things to look for and the things to avoid.

I smell BS.
Maybe, maybe not, but this persons frasing things is just not right to me.
I finally found my breeder after 3 years of searching via the internet and this breeder has had 11 litters............
since 1986!!!
That's my kind of a breeder, now thats quality over quanity.
Yeah sure I get that for working people it is easier to have your females whelp at the same time, to get off work and such but that text is just ridicilous.
First come first served - always gets me running in another direction .

You understand, of course, that when you quote from a website, it's a pretty simple matter to google a phrase from the quote and find the site? Having done that, I'm unimpressed...no mention of any health screenings, x-rays, working titles...nothing...pretty much a back yard breeder.

I am in the process of looking for a pup to raise as a service dog, and the breeders I have talked to really want to get an idea of what I want to use the dog for, what other dogs we have, kids, living situation, etc. in determining which puppy, if any, is a good match. Color hasn't even entered the conversation since I need a dog to perform a specific job. Also, it is extremely important that the breeder can speak knowledgably about any health issues that the dogs may have and how they screen for those.
There are people that are far more experienced than I am that can comment on specific bloodlines, health issues, etc.

No evidence of any health testing on their site, actually very little info is on their site. I searched OFA and found none of those dogs. If it were me, I'd pass.

I agree with Keith. 
I'd like to add that anyone can get their hands on a dog "from good lines" and make it into a puppy factory. Not every dog can live up to it's lines, via proven working ability, health, correct structure, and overall quality.

And honestly if you look at her lines they are decent but not great enough to the best in this area Blah Blah.... I have seen her last litter which was bout the end of last year and if im not mistaken I think its from the bitch 1. the pups had alot of white on them. I can understand and tolerate maybe a few little white hairs on the chest but pups toes looked dipped. No!
