The pri-- says he'll buy the victim another dog? Well....I have a $60,000 puppy he can buy to replace it. All funds go to rehabilitation of abused dogs.

Wow, Domestic violence chargers previously and now he shoots neighbors dogs for no reason? That guy NEEDS a psych evaluation! He might have more sinister things wrong with him! I would run his ass out of town!

This man is completely unhinged. The owner should sue for cost of replacing the dog, vet costs, and costs for nursing the litter plus emotional distress of the kids since the criminal penalities will probably be insignificant. This guy should also not be allowed to own weapons since he apparently thinks okay to shoot without provocation. It sounds like the neighbors are taking this seriously anyway.
