I've been having a rather lengthy discussion among some of my training buddies concerning Drug K9's.  As to just which is the best breed.

Their were 5 of us that were training together in a mock competition.  All the breeds had passing scores:  top possible score being 100.  The top score earned was 97 the lowest 84 with 7 dogs and 4 breeds competing. 6 Dogs were males 1 female (spayed). Youngest 10 mos - oldest 2.5 yrs.

With that information I would like your best guess as to the 4 breeds competing and your estimation as to how the 7 dogs ranked.

TRY WORKING YOUR BRAIN ON THIS AWHILE INSTEAD OF THROWING ROCKS AT EACH OTHER IF THAT CAN BE POSSIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm. Was the retriever a flat coat? They are brilliant and very biddable.

I had a male Chessie some years ago that I hunted over that belonged to a friend of mine. He could retrieve huge geeses and swim for hours in rough seas. He also could do bite work with the best of them. He was a good dog and a real natural protector Had a head like a Rotty. The guy has 2 sons of his and they are just like the old man. The use them in a hunt club in eastern Va and they are all talented but hard dogs.

I wondered about a chessie. They are definitely the hardass of the retreiver family.
