Hopefully this person will do the right thing and refund your money. Hopefully, this is not another type of scam like those pulled by Frank and Manuela Borowski in Germany. If this person does not refund your money, though the SV will do nothing, I would still suggest you lodge a complaint with the SV. And posting names and exact emails sometimes are great motivators when trying to be polite does not work. It is always sad to come to that position, but unfortunately, there are some dishonest dog breeders and brokers out there, in every country.

Looks like she was having an all-expenses-paid $7,345.23 vacation in Canada! I for one would rather you named her, because I don't want her going off somewhere on MY dime, EVER, or the dime of anyone I know.
