My little guy will be turning 16 months next month and I was wondering what age will they stop growing? Also, will his head get any bigger?

Most GSDs have reached their max height and length by about a year or so. If he is not neutered, he will continue to fill out and become more and more masculine in his appearance. That can mean his head will also mature. Usually, around age 3 the dog is what it is to become. Like with humans, of course there is some variability, all things being normal.

 @Hodie
Yeah, he isn't neutered and thanks for the helpful info!
