Awww! He just seems like such a happy, good-natured boy!

I understand his foster mom is planning to adopt him.

Yes, she is planning on keeping him! A member of the other board knows the woman who is fostering so there are many updates on a more "personal" level. I just can't believe the progress he's made, what a spirit he has! But then, he's a GSD, what else would we expect? He's still thin but is really coming along. There was a lot of info on his health related progress but it was just too much to post, I thought a video would be worth a thousand words. Thanks for the links Steph!
