Hi, Can anyone recommend a carrier for Homeowners Ins. in New Jersey  that gives no hassle to dog owners?

Don't know if you have Liberty Mutual in your area but they have never given me a problem about insuring my homes with my GSD's.

USAA is the best and cheapest out there.   no breed restrictions. but if your dog bites and its the dogs fault then that particular dog would have to leave the estate/be unprotected/ or you could be dropped if you elect to keep the dog on primises.

USAA.  But you have to be in the military, retired from military, or military dependant to be eligible.  I have my homeowner's and vehicle insurance with USAA - and they insure not only my home (9 German Shepherd dogs) but my boarding kennel for liability.  I have never been asked what breed of dog I own.  Good company.

another one I've heard is good is State Farm.

Thanks Molly, rite now involved with Farmers seem to be ok but wanted copies of CGC certs and Alarm system. Mike
