There is a girl named Melissa in Clearwater, Florida, phone number 727-678-2143 - username - wigglebutt985 - email address - judyodrolls@aol.com

This girl is using pictures of my client's male puppy and trying to pass it off as a female that she has for sale. Here is a copy of the ad she has on the database classifieds. I was notified by another client of mine in Ohio that had contacted her and she thinks he is driving 18 hours to come and pick up this puppy. She even emailed him photos of another puppy as younger pictures and then another picture of my clients same male puppy that was just taken last week and updated on the database to show a current photo of the puppy she was selling. Here is the names of the two dogs she emailed him that were the supposed parents, take note that the mother she listed is a 9 year old female, which is what really made him suspicious and is why he called me.
sire : blonde royal bak dn14542301 HUN Akc# V430428
Dam- Bella Von Fleischerheim AKC# DN06486704

Buyer Beware!! If the price seems too good to be true, then it probably is. This is not the first case of fraud here on the database!! I called this girl myself this morning and she told me the puppy was sold and I told her the Sheriff was on his way to her house today for a FRAUD investigation. Hope she has a nice day :)

And to you other fraudulent sellers out there, WATCH OUT, because we are watching you and we are watching eachother's backs......So SELLER BEWARE as well!!

You guys....lol

I don't think as with most situations like this the site has any liability or control of such things.

Your paddling up the wrong stream.
If you can prove your claims then the proper thing to do is use the legal system.

I think you've done all you can do here.

Two Moons,

In no way do I think that the database is to be held responsible in any way for this users fraud. I only want to report it so they can take them off of the database before she attempts to take someone elses money. I did try the legal system and they said they didn't get involved in those types of situations. So if you have any suggestions they would be appreciated. I only posted this as a warning to others so they would not be defrauded by her or anyone else doing something similar.

Note To All:

A good thing to do if you are suspicious of someone selling a dog is to ask for a current photo and ask them to place either that days newspaper in the photo, or an odd object like a coffee mug, or a pencil in the photo with the dog. If they are a fraud, you'll probably either never get a response or they will get offended and refuse because you've insulted their integrity. I will tell you that if they are truly honest and integris and wanting to take care of you their customer, they will indulge you if they really have the dog in question and want to make the sale. Good luck to you all in your search of finding that perfect dog.

Happy to help,

Barbie

The problem is so many make claims with no real proof for various reasons.

Anyone doing business on the Internet will tell you it's a crap shoot.  And there is certainly no shortage of fraud and ripoffs,
try doing business on ebay....LOL

These types of posts show up far too often.

Folks need to be responsible for their own actions for sure, no warnings are ever enough for some people, they were born that way.

Anyway,
SSDD.

Hope things work out for someone somewhere someday.

Hey barbie nice looking out for the honest users here!!!!!!!!!!! If there were more people looking out we could trust the so called breeders or owners and sellers here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!its a shame the mighty dollar is so important to some that are to lazy to get a job or work for what they want its easier to steal from people.Where were these persons parents at?My mom and dad taught me right from wrong.Whats wrong with society these days?

GSDSRule, that photo really caught MY eye, too! No wonder she used it for her attempted fraud. The fact she didn't know how to spell HungAry was a bit of a red  flag, though.

My compliments to his breeder!
