I will summarize the article for those who do not care to read it for themselves.  Economist working for the Dept of Health and Human Services report that the health care bill will not hold down costs, that cuts to Medicare are unrealistic and unsustainable and likely could be rolled back, that 15% of hospitals and other institutional providers could be forced into red ink, and that senior access to care may be jepordized.  The good news is that now 34 million Americans will be added to the insurance rolls.  This is an AP news article as reported by NPR.  The article goes on to say, "The mixed verdict for Obama's signature issue is the first comprehensive look by neutral experts."     WHAT!!!!
