No, but I did see a big fireball once and it was awesome. Took my breath away it was so awesome.

I saw them here in the west coast USA. Pretty crazy. Either Transformers or 2012...lol. Serious now, something to think about.

yes, i did see it. i was letting dogs out for nite-time potty and just happened to be outside when i saw it in the east. i am in northern ia. i came in and told my hubby about it and was surprised to see it again on yahoo news this morning. i saw the one that came down in canada a while back, too. i was on my way home from work and saw it in the north-northeast sky.

My Dad lives in the Quad Cities, too...I should call him and see if he saw anything. I saw the article on Yahoo news this afternoon.
