I am in the very unusual position of having two females at the same time to breed with my young male, so far he bred with one yesterday morning and the other this morning, both breedings normal and easy. I was thinking to carry on like this for he next few days but both owners want their females bred every day and say its OK to breed every 12 hours ie he would breed with the first one agin tonight and the second tomorrow morning. I am not sure how quickly a male regenerates sperm. What do you think?

I think you have a happy dog.

Yeah, he has no objection to every 12 hours! Just wondering if he would be firing blanks??

They do regenerate fairly frequently--I've heard something like every 4 hours they regenerate about 50%. But I would recommend breeding the bitches every other day and one bitch a day to make sure they are getting a full amount of healthy sperm. Healthy sperm will stay alive in the bitch for up to 4 days, so the bitches really don't need to be bred every day.
I would also recommend developing a relationship with a good reproductive vet in your area and asking him his recommendation based on latest research in canine fertility. Hopefully both females and he himself were all tested for brucella prior to breeding. :)
So, who is this hot young stud? Link to pedigree/pics?

I'd say its probably a bit thin, but not all together blank.

OK, thanks for the advice, I think I will stick to one female per day to be safe. Yes, all the dogs concerned have tested negative for Brucellosis, and the male's pedigree is www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/559117.html. Although he has done very well in shows, being sable he has only had one previous breeding since getting his kkl in January, unfortunate that these two come just at the same time.

I don't know whether it was just chance but for some reason his father was very dominant for producing males!

He looks very masculine and what beautiful pigment. I would love to see a picture of him an a natural stack.
You are at the right time for a sable showline. Did you see the post recently about sable showlines on the GSD board?
If you haven't already seen it, enjoy www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/forum/25091.html
In Pharaoh's litter there were 8 boys and 1 female. There were lots of jokes about all that testosterone and what that means.
