Uber Land

I need some help,  I need to know the requirements for getting a puppy to New foundland canada.

I was told if a pup was 12 weeks,  it needs a rabies.  but the vet says that 12 weeks isn't exactly 3 months old,  and the state of Texas won't recognise the shot.  So does he get a rabies ???(he will be 12 weeks the day of the vet visit,  and will be shipped the next day)

I've also been told not to microchip him as canada uses a different type,  and it would just cause more problems.

So has anyone shipped to canada here lately and can help clarify things for me?

If you are shipping to a kennel in Canada, the person receiving MUST fill out the proper paper work or it will be stuffed in quarantine and the eventually sent back to you.

Underage puppies do not need a rabies shot to ship, but you need to find the exact age.

Don't know about Microchip, my puppy had a tattoo.

I goggled all the information, but don't know where it was. Sorry.
