Last month my username and password suddenly became invalid. I have been trying to get support to fix this issue. I just had to create a new e-mail address so I could reregister using a new username! I can't access my pedigree that I entered into this database. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. What is going on?????

A week or so ago Oli posted a thread that stated he had done something to the software that caused people not to be able to log in. I thought he said he had fixed it, and the few that replied that they had had trouble seemed to indicate that the problem was resolved. Perhaps it really was not in some cases? Maybe try posting a subject about not being able to log in and sending him an email would be a good idea?

Sent about 5 Hodie, I know he is busy and taking care of this site on his own time, he is great that way but it is still unresolved. I hope to be able to get this fixed soon.
