hip score's - Page 1

Hi has a breeder of gs d's Have recently bred litter from parents with BA sore (sire 3-3=6 )
( dam 4-3=7 ) I sold A puppy female after being vet checked with full vaccination at 9 weeks old
at 5 and half months old the owner did not want her she said she add depression so i took puppy back
told her i would sort her money out when the puppy was resold at 10 months old we harder screened she
had hip dis-order showing the vet said 1hip looks very good the other looks not so good. but at now just
14 months old after 2 breed shows she came 2nd and 3rd under 2 different judges.well we went a head
with another bva screen to be told  1 hip will be in double figers and the other will be correct.any-way we have
scores back well 34 worst side 3 on the other side the previous owners said they never noticed anything wrong
only saying she could of slipped on floor not that she had been hip by a motor bike at15 weeks old they never took
her to the vets for check up or changed the kc papers or tattoo reg in to there names.
do they have a right to full amount back i did offer them £300- but they said no now I find myself  wondering
where to give them full refund of puppy £500-0 please advise  the puppy will be sold for next to nothing it as
cost me to Lot's of advertisements plus 2 lots of vet fee's for bva score.
