I have read through some of these and i am a little confused. Some of what i am reading sounds like you are talking about the dog like it is a commercial item rather than a dog. Im sure wayne curry knows that a dog is a dog and not a garunteed product from a company. Each dog is different and has its own personality. So if this dog killed a cat, that is the dog's action and not some sort of defect that should be blamed by the company that produced it. Kraftwerk k-9's job is to provide companions for us to love and be responsible for. and if somthing happens with the dog after it is bought, it is the owner's job to deal with it and take care of it. The bottem line is,that if you buy a dog that has a natural prey drive to kill cats, dont blame the breeder. Take it into your own responsability and deal with it and teach the dog how to change. Because i know German Shepherds are smart and love to please their masters.

And this is in reference to what?

A breeder's responsibility is to produce healthy puppies without temperament, structural, or other genetic flaws.
Cats run and they become prey in the eyes of a dog..........That's the way its been for thousands of years........Prey drive is not considered a flaw. A German Shepherd without prey drive is considered a flaw!.

I second Sitas mom a german shepherd will have prey drive some stronger than others you cannot blame a breeder for that this is a working dog it will have this drive to some extent..

I sold my lawyer one of the pups that my dog sired.(I had the dam too) They loved the dog and he was raised with a cat.One day though he was playing with kitty but after shaking kitty by the head kitty didn't play anymore. Was it MY fault? No, it wasn't and they never blamed me.They blamed themselves more so for not seperating the dog and cat when they weren't there. An ex bosses Dobe shook his moms Yorkie and killed it.Again just playing. Was it his fault...again NO. sad situations but in some dogs it is just the way they are. It's up to the owner to train or take causion.

Cyrus Owner,
I started to respond to this but I will just say that you need to re-read your thread carefully and thouroghly, look at each statement and see if that is exactly what you really want to say. You have made 3 major blunders and I would rather you take the time to figure out what they are. Or, if you care to send me a private email, I will go into depth for you. When you put up a thead on this board you really need to think about it because many will read it and not be so kind. Posting a response is one thing, but putting up a thread is inviting a lot of heat.

www.kraftwerkk9.com/ must really know what they are doing. They are the ONLY American kennel to breed German BSP competitors!

They have the numbers in their favor, that''s one thing. How many dying puppies does it take to get there?... is another.
Past employees have alleged parvo outbreaks at Kraftwerk, and Wayne never defends against such. There should be a law suit going on-- right, about now... you wouldn't be phishing about for some reason or another? So getting people to get all excited about Kraftwerk when all they can think about is neglected puppies, well, it gets to be a sore subject on this messageboard.

One only needs to go on-line for court filings in Lewis and Thurston counties. Count up the number of current suits. You can also order copies of the court documents, as they are public records. When there is so much smoke, an intelligent person may be well advised to look into some of the court matters.

Disgruntled past employees are easy to find in any successful business.
I read something that says Danny Larue, AKA(Pat Sweeney on this board) has a lawsuit filed against him by Kraftwerk for defamation, trade libel, interference with business relations and misappropriation.
