Does anyone know how old a puppy has to be to be shipped to Germany?

From previous experience a few years ago it was 8 wks old at the youngest ! Greg

There is only a small timeframe in which a puppy can be shipped to Germany, until 12 weeks of age (or 3 months). Afterwards, you would need to wait until vaccinated for rabies and then 30 days.
If you check out the above link, you will see that you have to get an import permit for unaccompanied dogs (same as commercial). That takes a while too. Again, small timeframe.
