I remember Skidboot! I loved the story behind his fame. His owner, David, was a pretty cool guy. I had one when I was a kid, smartest dog I've ever known personally, and he was a dalmation mix! Don't know what he was mixed with but he looked like a small dalmation and his ears were solid gray. He knew everything you said to him. What a dog!

I think the ones who get into the most trouble as pups, have the most potential as adults.
I so enjoy seeing the bond between David and skidboot. I find it so sad that alot of people who own dogs, miss out on that bond, they just do not have a clue.
