To all who read this do yourself a big favor and don't buy any dogs or except employment from this man. I am currently living on one of his onsite locations. My boyfriend was given a position including this on site home in his employment aggreement. At no time was it discussed about any of my health issues or concerns of me living with him here. At no time did he ever tell him we wouldn't care for sick dogs if that needed to happen even in our home. My boyfriend worked extremely hard 60-70 hours the first week. And finally on his day off he was given a letter that stated he needed to move out in by the end of the month because I had allergies and for obvious reasons he is unable to fufill his duties here. My allergies weren't an issue with any of his job performance.  My boyfriend and I now have no where to go and plus he left an wonderful job with Fred Hutch for this asshole.
DON'T believe or accept the "Higher" type of living he offers when discussing possible employment here.  I can't talk about the dogs. All I know is that we were asked to have an emancipated dog sit in a kennel in the back of one of his other employees truck in our driveway all day long in case any customers came onsite. When I asked about why this dog was sitting out there, my boyfriend told me that a week before this same employee had a dog hang itself off the back of his truck in the driveway of kraftwerk and had been dead for some time that day. That was a week before we got here. We got here on the 28th of February 2010.  Be careful and goodluck when you deal with Wayne and people here.

I would also recommend that you get in touch with Dan and his lawyer.  Your husband's employment agreement  resembles what I understand was offered to Dan and other managers at Kraftwerk.
I was employed at Kraftwerk for 8 months, and saw this cycle of hire, promise the world, then fire several times.  Wayne has gotten away with this crap for far too long. His ranting and raving usually scares off the majority of his employees, but for those it doesn't he eventually fires them without cause...most of them don't pursue it because they don't have the time...but Wayne  does not deserve to have employees.  I strongly believe that he feels he has the money and will-power to wear down the employees who have filed suit against him.
You should keep records of everything you witness between now and when you leave the property.  I would almost guarantee your story will perfectly mimic mine or Dan's.

Interesting job offering.

I wonder what this particular requirement means:
Escalation of employee or client issues should be handled with priority care.

Do a quick search of the Thurston County court docket.  Danny & Co. are not alone. :-)
