I need as many copies of a health/hip guarantee that I can get. I need to see the "norm" on a certain point. I am doing some research, please help. Thank you very much.

If it has to do with taking/accepting the dog back that doesn't pass hip certification, you're damned if you do and damned if you don't.  First right of refusal, is probably the best option.  I've gotten my ass chewed by numerous critics who didn't like what my contract states, but who failed to observe I've never had an unhappy client whose dog had any type of genetic health issue.  Better off not breeding to begin with, IMO.

Mine is a pretty basic one. The number one thing to remember is that a contract is only as good as the ones signing it.
