This is a dog board, not a politics board. After a months-long campaign against the steady drumbeat of political crap from the right wing, it would be inconsistent not to complain about it popping up from the other side of the aisle.

The last month or so has seen a real diminution in amount of political garbage here - apparently you've been absent during that time and may not have been aware, but most people have been pretty good about staying away from the non-dog-related things that divide us. So please take this stuff somewhere else and keep it there.
