A dog auction?

Now you know why I would put them down.

Poor dogs.

God damned people.

Moons.

Honestly;  sometimes I wonder about people.  That is disgusting.  I feel for the dogs, hopefully they will find good homes;  Steph, you cannot save them all;  maybe we should be saving the stupid people also.

Here is a dog for sale in Evansville, Ind.
Nine months, puppy papers never sent in, too much for the family who live in the city
$80.00

Luke,
He has a similar look to my silver back male who once roamed the country side where this dogs parents come from.
He's on the front porch,

Moons.

It is not clear where these dogs come from and what was really going on, but it certainly smacks of a puppy mill going out of business and the auction being conducted by the bank etc.

Take a look at the list of dogs. It will make any one here ill. The people involved should be ashamed, but they won't be. Wanna bet that another couple of women puppy millers come and buy most, to "enhance" their kennel?

Despicable.

I live in MO and unfortunately, this is not uncommon and not related to a puppy mill going out of business. It is a viscous cycle perpetuated by puppy mills and groups that call themselves "rescues" who go to the auctions, buy the young dogs, puppies that were not sold, and adults that can no longer breed. The "rescues" then rehome the  dogs for $200 , $300, or more depending on the age, breed, and current demand. It is a sad, sad situation and unfortunately, MO is one of the leaders in puppy mills and meth labs. What a wonderful place!! ??

It is always difficult to know what to do with these auctions. If one goes and buys the dogs, the puppy mills make money and are encouraged to continue breeding. I do not know what the answer is to the situation. I have talked with other groups, here locally, and there is much controversy in approaches to a solution or at least a means to mitigate the damage.

This is SO AWFUL how can people do this to those poor dogs
I looked at the little boxes those dogs are put in. And it brought tears in my eyes
I wished I was a Millionaire I would buy them and I would put those people in those little boxes and see how they like it .
I can't understand that a veterinary gives his statement on this idiots

I hope they will get a good home but it will be hard there  are so many dogs there

This is saddening.  CLick on his kennels direct link, under Dogs and More Direct at the bottom...There are two kennels for sale...One a barn shed with indoor/outdoor cages double decked along both sides...Can you say puppy mill setup for small dogs?  Makes me want to retch.  Anyone who needs a barn shed with kennel space for twenty to forty dogs double decked, isn't breeding dogs for the family love...they're breeding for money.  I don't care how much money you sink into kennels and property and dogs, if they only know their kennels and almost no human interaction, you are just a puppy mill.

And that goes for all the big name breeders who go through the whole alphabet every year in their kennels.

I'm not having the best day today and this...Sickening.

Now, I'm going to wrap up typing my post in this little tiny text box that appeared at the bottom of the page, where the ads should be, and click the submit button above this little box...and see if it posts.

Oh my God 262 Poor dogs these people should go to jail just for having this many dogs and followed by the Vet who wrote the Statement, he needs to be shut down .
This is really sad.
