This is the dog I am on a wild goose chase to find his breeder. I posted earlier as much details and info I could get. Please take a look at this dog. you will see why I am trying so hard to find his breeder. His quality is obvious. These pics were taken today and we got him yesterday. He is very thin, but you can still get an idea of his quality. He is a very nice boy and reminds me of the DDR dogs. Not very tall, stocky, nice bone, and a gorgeous blocky head. Beautiful pigment. This boy wants to work, and please. He has lots of eye contact and lots of drive, but very calm. He seems to be a very quick learner. My post yesterday and had many views, but no responses. Please if anyone might think they know of his breeder PLEASE let me know. Anything might help. Also, I said in the post that he was purchased about 3-4 hrs from Fort Riley. Sorry, today they told me it was more like 2-3 hrs. The guy was in the army when he bought the dog. They also told me today that the dog had never been given anything for heartworm prevention. Isn't that great being here in south Louisana. Gonna have to get him treated....

He truly is a stunning boy. Sorry that I have no clue on how to even begin to help you with finding his breeder.

Those pics really do him no justice. He is really under weight and thin. He does have a nice plush coat which hides how thin he really is. Here in South Louisiana, without any type of HW preventative, its a death sentence. Some people just don't know, but they loved their dog. Ima keep looking and praying. I was hoping someone here would know of a breeder around that area that fit the description I had give in my earlier post fom yesterday. I wish you could help also. Thinks for the thought.

Wow, he is really gorgeous. He has such unusual markings on his face. I have never seen facial markings like his.
He reminds me just a bit of Jyl's showline dog, the one in her avatar.
I sure hope he gets the wonerful home he deserves.

Thanks Pharaoh, I really appreciate that. I just did the picasa thing but thanks a million. I hope more people will appreciate his quality and wil be more willing to help us located his breeder. Wouldn't you agree he does not look like a product of BYBing? He reminds me of DDR breeding.

Good looking dog!! Nice coloring.He reminds me of a police dog years ago at where I trained dogs. As far as BYB....just because it is a BYB doesn't mean that they can't get a good looking dog out of it. Ya know. I mean if they actually had 2 dogs from decent lines....just never did anything with them and didn't have a kennel name....it is possible. I have one that I took from some people and I have pics of the sire and dam and i STILL can't find the breeder!! Good luck to you if you can. Maybe that person is like the one I am trying to find.Bred once or twice and sold pups by word of mouth or paper advertising.
