Boy is this guy full of himself  http://www.cck9.com/featured/index.php   Ahh, he placed "very high".  How high we don't know because his name is not listed.  Funny that on one hand this guy degrades SchH dogs as PPD's yet he then advertises;

"Bear is VA Rated and holds every title one can achieve, he is the TOP German shepherd in North America!!!

Maybe if we pooled our funds we can buy him and lease him back to the guy to protect his Malinois.

I think I may have one that is worth somewhere between 22,000 and 65,000 after seeing the site

SHOOT THE STUD FEE ON HIM IS PROLLY PRICY TOO!!!!

by Preston on 25 February 2010 - 04:02

This supposed $100K GSD has a seriously steep croup, and a hump in his back.  His conformation is not of the likes of an expensive V rated import GSD which one can buy for $25K.  Whoever owns the site and this dog doesn't know anything about GSD conformation or current marketprices.  If he paid that much for this apparent SL import, he got completely snookered.

Well, Preston, what I'd like to know is exactly how high he rated at the Seiger Show...

$100,000 for a dog?  You can almost buy a nice house for that, and you can buy several cars for that.  And not to mention the guns...

I think I'd take that hundred thousand, buy a few really nice guns, take several courses to improve my aim and speed, and pay fifteen hundred or two thousand for a workingline GSD to bark so I'll know when I need to shoot....

That much money, and it's still just a dog.  He'll still die in a few years. He may die sooner, from cancer or something.  Or an attacker might just shoot the dog.  No way I'd waste that much money on a mere dog, not even the VA 1 dog.

Sorry.

http://www.cck9.com/blog/?p=1085  They are the ones that had the Belgian Malinois Puppies Stolen, valued at $90,000.00
I remember this PDB thread: http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/bulletins_read/366400.html

They make this claim "Bear has recently competed in this years 2009 Bundessiege-Zuchtshau world campion in Germany, and placed very high. He has shown himself to be outstanding representation of European German Shepherd Breed."

I looked at the 2009 Bundessieger Zuchtschau, no dog named Bear competed in 2009.
I do realize that he could have a different call name, however if I had a supposed top VA dog like this I would at least put the dogs full registered name along with pedigree information, titles, progeny, and H&E rating, on my website.

Yes, I know he's the same guy who lost the young Malinois, I posted it.  Of course he's not going to post the dog's papered name as he doesn't want anyone to know where his PPD placed amongst the lowly sport dogs.  Heap big secret.  The part I like is where he promotes the fact that his dogs grip short intentionally.  Apparently he not only doesn't understand the mental aspects of a short gripper, but he doesn't understand the physics of the torque on a dog's teeth from a "canine only" bite.

I am really disappointed in you guys.  How can you people possible polk fun at this dog or the price.  Don't you know that you get what you pay for.  Plus did you read the following?
"We purchased Bear two years ago and he successfully completed our Elite Family Estate Protection Dog program."

How can you possibly place a price on a dog that completed their elite family estate protection dog program.

This is a deal, so stifle your selves.

Shoot I would pay $110k.

And what does their "Elite Family Protection Dog Program" consist of that calls for that price tag?
