On the left side of the page, under the section, "Options for Registered Users", select option
"Edit Profile". It is the second to last option there.
Once you go to that page, you will see a box with "Modify Profile" across the top. Near the bottom is an option for "Change or submit new user logo". Click on that option.
You will then go to a page that instructs you to "Upload file". Once you click on that option, you will be allowed to choose a picture (jpeg) from your computer.
