I had no idea I had such a goldmine in my kennel, I'm a millionaire!!!!!!  Really?  One of only 3 people in the world?  I wonder if he has the Golden Goose and Fountain of Youth on his property as well.  Look out insurance company, I feel a scam coming on.  Anybody know this guy?

And he says that these dogs would never run away because they were "born here".  No wonder they are worth $30K each with that automatic stay built in.

Oh, come on, guys...

There are much more valuable Belgian Malinois and GSD than that!  Remember a while back, the thread about Steven Seagal and his GSD from that one kennel...That sells $65,000 fully trained personal protection dogs?  On that website, it tells you that they can import whatever you want...But a VA1 dog,. with titles, can run you upwards of $250,000....

I guess whatever a person is willing to pay...If this guy up north can get $30,000 out of a dog..More power to him.

One thing, though...If these dogs are worth so much, where was the security that should have been in place to prevent thefts?  Or is that instinct boundary thing enough to make up for lack of security?

Good luck getting the gold plated Mals back.

That's right, I forgot about Steven Seagal's dog. I think these dogs were comparable, because they were only 9 months of age at $30K... With a few more months, they would probably be at $65,000. Such a deal!

The dog that was found running loose, had it completed its protection training?

Davren

jayne, I am wondering the same thing. He says these pups (the one's taken) had begun their "protection training". They show a picture of a young pup, but his description leads me to think that the stolen dogs were a bit older.  It seems none of his dogs did their job.

On the other hand, he received some international publicity and thus some free advertisement.

What a crock!!   $90k????  And, at under 1 year old?   BS!    Does he really think he the only bs-artist in Canada?    What an exalted opinion of himself.  Wonder if he insured these dogs?
