Having trouble up dating pictures. I've done it many times before and the new one usually comes right up. Now it only comes up on the search but not on the pedigree it's self????? Maybe this has been addressed before? but I can not find it. HELP?!

I've been trying to update my pic on my pedigree since Sunday. I have tried everyday, and still it hasn't changed. Am I the only one disappointed in this change Oli made? I know he is trying to do the right thing for us, and I respect him for that effort. But it is very discouraging.. Anyone else agree with me....

Oli : I emailed you two times my avitar wont update it goes back to the pic that was there...every time . Then I re submit and finally a couple of days later it appears...but some times it goes back to the pic before not the one I submit.
on the pedigree It takes 4 - 5 days to appear..unless there has never been a pic.
I sent you an email last week..

Ok the pic on my avitar is the right one I submitted..but on the face of the day I uploaded it shows me my new pic is the one from last upload..
I will go to my dogs pedigree and upload a new pic on Tripl H Pepsii Cola WIld One and report back to what happens..

I changed mine once and it finaly worked right away and then I tried to change it again....and nothing.Just changed the shape of the pic as though the other went through but the pic didn't actually change.(on the avatar)

okay today is Thurs and I uploaded at Texas time of 2:50p m

Oli: Weird upon using the quick search I put in Tripl H and it went to the pages and I clicked on 2 and she is on that page and before I click on her name the new pic shows....but when you click and the full pedigree comes up

YR that's the same thing I started the post with. The new picture comes up on the search but when you click on it and go to the actual pedigree its the old picture. Example: search Castlebrooks Eva. Last I checked it was her baby picture and not the new one.
