The product literature and presrcibing information states, "Ivermectin/pyrantel has shown a wide margin of safety at the recommended dose level in dogs, including pregnant or breeding bitches, stud dogs and puppies aged 6 or more weeks."
However, that being said, my personal preference and, as a matter or principle, would be to NOT give any medication if not seriously indicated while a female is pregnant. Assuming your dog is not at high risk for heartworm, I would discontinue it and then treat once the pups are born, according to instructions from your vet as to when to do so.
But this certainly is a subject you should discuss with your vet.
Good luck

From personal experience... A few years back we gave one of our pregnant females her regular dose of Ivermectin and she gave birth 2 weeks early and all of the puppies were stillborn and deformed. I never bred the bitch again, so I am not saying this was definitely the cause, but it could have been. Definitely talk to your vet...
Good Luck,

NO, DO NOT GIVE ANY BITCH THAT IS BRED ANY POISON (S) OF ANY KIND UNTIL AFTER THE PUPPIES ARE BORN; THEN YOU CAN GIVE HER THE REGULAR WORMING WHEN THEY ARE ABOUT 2-3 WEEKS OLD.
