Food Info... - Page 1

Hi,  I had a few questions about some different dog foods.  I've already looked them up on the Dog food analysis thing, but I wanted to know if anyone had any personal experience with any of them.  Right now I feed TOTW and my dogs are doing fine, but I like knowing what is available in my area.

Wellness Core
Blue Wilderness
EVO
Instinct

Also, those above have high protein and I was wondering what good puppy foods there were.  I found Solid Gold Hundchen Flocken Puppy, but I don't know about any others.

I feed TOTW too and my dogs are doing fine on it. I personaly have never fed a "puppy" food.I have given them a good adult food.I use to feed Wolf King from Solid Gold.Never the Hundchen Flacken cause I heard some people had problems with it.I didn't want to take the chance. THe EVO i a good food too.Also one that I have fed is Blue Buffalo.There are quite a few good foods out there now.I have found that many people on here are feeding the TOTW.So it must be good!!

I use California Natural it is a Natura Pet product as is Evo. They are both great foods.  I also sometimes use Nutro Natural but prefur the California Natural. 

OK so much for the TOTW Prairie!! I guess my dogs can't handle the extra fat and protine.I switched them  hopping to put some weight on the one dog but I guess it isn't going to work that way!! Woke up this morning at 4am to a mess.Let ALL the dogs out and then went back to bed.Few hrs later woke up to the other one making a mess.Would be nice if they could tell me that they have to go out.SO back to the store with the rest of the food to hopefully exchange it for the Pacific Salmon blend that they did so much better on. WHAT A  WAY TO START THE MONDAY!!!

I wonder why I don't hear much about the TOTW Wetlands formula. I prefer it to either of the other two. He does better on it. Doesn't itch as much. But could be because I've been supplementing with a bit of yogurt every other day.

Thanks for the input!   Anyone else have anything else to contribute???   : )
