I wonder if any of you have a recommendation as to a reputable website or place on the West Coast of Florida to by extra large wire dog crates?  Mine have finally reached the stage where they can no longer be fixed (Houdinis are hard on crates).  The local place here has small and medium crates and wants a fortune to order extra large, the joys of moving.  I would really appreciate it since my dogs are crate trained and use those for their chill time when they want no people bothering them.

Thanks

Petsmart  carries a couple brands of the super large ones. They all have cheap trays on the bottom though, the crates outlast the pan but then there is nowhere to buy replacement trays

http://www.petsmart.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2753728&lmdn=Pet+Size&ab=pt_crates_large this is the one I have but if they are escape artist the side door might be a bad idea  At least  I see they sell replacement trays for these and gee only half the cost of the crate!! what a bargain

I've gotten fantastic deals on amazon.com.  Paid much less than in the stores and even got free shipping.  If you can't get free shipping, you can sign up for a free trial of Amazon's free shipping and then just not sign on permanently after the free trial period is over.

Also, Tractor Supply in my area sells nice wire crates at the lowest prices of any of the pet stores.

I agree with tess! I have looked all over and was shocked by the high prices! Then when surfing on e-bay and amazon I found many good crates at fair prices! tractor supply  is reasonable also. My first try would be e-bay then amazon then tractor supply! Pet stores want way to much for what they offer!
