People,,,,,it's staged, the guy is wearing an under sleeve arm and a coat that's been chewed on already.  Funny how the "robber" feeds his arm and points the gun at the wall.

I thought it looked staged, but my screen doesn't have good enough resolution for me to see the details pointed out by Phil.

Thanks, Phil!

Might have been staged, but the point is, THE DOG DID ITS JOB!!!!

And the handler probably just lost in court and got sued because he picked the dog up and lifted it over the counter when the guy ran away.  AS A PRIVATE CITIZEN YOU CAN NOT SEND YOUR DOG ON A FLEEING FELON.  If you have a personal protection dog, you had better know the law.  Criminals have more rights than victims.  The dog's job was over when the guy ran away.  Sure it's fun for the handler and the dog but some sleaze bag defense attorney will turn that around on you every time.  Be careful.

Phil- are all states laws the same on that or is it different in each state? Would it make a difference that the guy shot at him? As in couldn't the guy say "I sent my dog cause the guy was still armed and I was still in fear that he might turn and shoot again" ?  I would also think that the dog would have gone over the counter on it's own after the decoy/bad guy.
