"Democrats have been in control of Congress for about five years now..."

There it is again!  How can you people be expected to be taken seriously when you can't get even the most basic of facts correct?

The Only thing that matters is what the voters think.

If Massachusetts isn't a wake up call, then they are all going out of office.

The proof is in the pudding.

MickyD, who passed those budgets 6 out of his 8 years? So, called conservative republicans.

Maggie, who did away with the Glass-Steagall act that allowed the finical crisis to happen? It was repealed by republicans and blue dog democrats. Clinton signed it so he owns it to. Maggie, whose regulators turned a blind eye to what Wall street was doing? Bush's. Who warned if you repeal Glass Steagall that our economy would collapse. This senator wasn't alone 43 more democrats voted against it only one democrat voted for it. In the house, only 16 republicans and 69 dems voted against it. This paved the way for to big to fail.

What's hysterical is that any of you actually believe that there is a significant difference between any of the demopublicans.  It doesn't really matter who you vote for, they'll continue to work in favor of their corporate campaign contributors and against the best interests of the citizens.

Well, Keith, we should vote.  We cannot complain and then not participate.....even if it is to vote for the lesser of the two Evils.

Crys, the democrats took control Jan 2007. That's 3 years not 5. In those 3 years how many filibusters have the republicans used. How much has really changed? Obama's top economic and military people are Bush people.

You are right about one thing if you cut taxes you must cut spending. That's not what Reagan did he cut taxes and increased spending. His budgets had more spending than Congress gave him. Reagan's economic policies tripled the nation debt in his 8 years from 900 billion to 2.7 trillion. Bush 41 added 1.4 trillion on top of that in 4 years. Clinton added 1.2 trillion in 8 years with republicans adding some spending limits. George the retard added 6.2 trillion with 6 out of his 8 with republicans in control of both houses.

We as a nation need to vote all 535 out of office and continue to vote them out until we get back to basics. But like someone said both parties are the same. Corporation and corporation lite. Just look at our Supreme Court today equated corporate money to free speech. The last time I looked corporations aren't individual citizens. The can't vote. So, why give them that right. If, you think politicians  work for corporations now just wait. between now and November they will be bent over or on their knees to get that unlimited donation. The five conservatives today turned this Nation into Country of Corporations, For Corporation, by Corporations.
