My Vet had never heard of this....but I have.

What is given to facilitate this procedure, as Im working against the clock?

Thanks

I believe the drug used is cabergoline.   I think it is used once a day for 10 days then heat is induced in 2-3 weeks.  The bitch has to be recovered from the last heat cycle at least 4.5 months, I think.  I have never used it as I don't breed so no first hand experience here!
Perhaps your vet or you can consult with a reproductive specialist.
I heard Dr. Robert Van Hutchinson speak on the topic recently.

How far away is her normal time to come in heat?
Has she been having normal heat cycles?
