I actually feel very strongly about this subject, i feel it is wrong for owners to sell dogs on , that have bad a temperment,
over the years i have heard this happen many times, always ending in disaster.
I also want to make reference to a previous comment , yes absolutely the dog should be in good health and free of diseases, at the same time, the conformation also is crucial if to avoid the awfull trait of a weak back end, the two factors of health and conformation must go hand in hand, especially if one intends to breed.
The German Shepherds that i own myself have done and do the following:
1)Working stud dog, producing quality litters
2)Show dog
3)Hunting Dog
4)Family pet
5)Guarding my Equestrian centre

PEDIGREE OF YOUR DOG PLEASE
aLL THE TALK you do above means absolutely nothing....Pedigree please.
You ought to know you can breed together 4 dogs of any kind into one dog and get all you list above .WE want to talk about german shepherd and your pedigree..
Thanks
What is the registered name of the dog you posted ? or is it AKC registered?
No need to carry on if you are not a legit person with a legit pedigree and a registration..Your words are going nowhere.

Plus, you never did answer which health tests you are doing and what the dog's pedigree is.

Just curious, do you breeders, whether you breed only a few or many litters, do all of those health tests, that you are asking Alf?
I have seen worse dogs than his, - by far on this board.

However according to the KC Database and the data I have for BVA Hips and Elbows in the UK. I find no evidence of the dam and sire or the dog in question, being even at a minimum hip scored.
UK pet lines.... nothing more nothing less.
