he following is the text of an email sent to "Lenny" or William Leonard, the guy who sells DVD's of the Sieger Shows. It also points out some the garbage you need to put up with in the event that you do business with him. It does not detail how he is now barred from receiving shipments of dogs from Lufthansa, or how he was barred a couple of months from a North Carolina Schutzhund Club confirmation show or how he thumbs his nose at government authorities trying to collect a toll incurred while returning this April from the Sieger Show in Chicago, which he continues to do. I hope nobody has to put up with this "GERMAN SHEPHERD MOVEMENT IDIOT SAVANT". I have been acquainted with him for over 30 years and am only realizing how many people has treated in the same manner.

Mr. Leonard:
It should not have come to this, but your slamming the phone down on me after your “FUCK YOU” and then your slamming the phone down again minutes later when I needed to talk to you, ends our dealings forever, except for the disposition of the animals. This is not the first time you have acted that way toward me, but it will be the last. Since I paid for the dogs purchased since March in entirety, including shipping and training, I insist that you hand over the following animals and their registration papers signed by you, to my representatives within five days at your kennel or at a neutral site of your choice;
1. Aslan vom Belle Amber SchH3, IPO3 $18,500
2. Saana vom Hauswalder Bach, SchH1 12,000
3. Abby vom Schweizhof 4,000
4. Dixie vom Winnloh 4,000
5. Grigoriy vom Merlin 4,000
Additionally, you will owe me $2,500, ½ of the minimum sales price of the 2 VA Paul by Saana puppies, payable by February 1, 2010 when they will be very saleable, Any dog which you say is sick or dead will need to be fully documented by a veterinarian on his / her letterhead as well as any dogs who have been anatomically altered. Any dogs not handed over will be charged against you at the rate shown to the right of their names and will be due and owing 1/3 January 1, 2010, 1/3 March 1, 2010, and the remaining 1/3 May1, 2010. If you can’t pay or won’t pay I’ll be only too happy to take your real estate on in Fairburn, Georgia.and your vehicle at salvage value. Every dog will remain well for at least 30 days after my representatives receive them or I will bring you before a court of law. Just in case you think I am kidding, I know plenty about your dishonesty with the State of Georgia (Dept. of Agriculture), the State of Illinois, and The Federal Government (IRS and Customs) to put you away for awhile.
The other dogs I propose to sign over to you, as you will do with the aforementioned dogs signing them over to me. The other dogs which will revert to you are:
1. Sam vom Silbersee
2. Ace vom Schweizhof
3. Ornella van Noort
And the two which I bought into as a 50% coowner for $8,000:
4. Kellogs vom Oasis, SchH1
5. Jola vom Estahaus

was my own fault and not from lack of knowledge but my own hard head.
You said you knew this man for thirty years.
You speak of seizing property and going to court, I think your going in the right direction.
But in all fairness I don't know the gentleman and he has not responded with his side of the story.
Many times people come here and make accusations, some have merit and some do not.
Sometimes both parties make their case here.
Sounds like the monies involved are substantial and you may very well end up in a courtroom, posting this could possibly work against you...
Speak to an Attorney as soon as possible thats my best advice.

Yes, this is the same guy who advertises in the Atlanta papers, an AKC judge (who hasn't had an assigment in years due to the way he interacts with other people, when he feels that he is in a strong position). He is not reputable and should be avoided! Caveat emptor!

I have spoken with Ivy Leasgue Trial attorneys and they have advised me that this is the best way I can go. To wait it out through the legal system can cost time, time that the dogs will have lost substantial value as working animals, as show dogs. and as breeding animals. Additionally, if kept at his "kennel" where he does virtually nothing with them, their minds could turn to mush.
