I am looking for the Texas breeder who sold Bogart Vom Lieben Krieger  to

Jennifer Ann Kind in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This dog was flown from Texas to Michigan on Sept. 1st.

This dog is with a mentally unstable alcoholic. The dog lives in a house with no fenced yard, no running water and no heat.

If you are the breeder that sold this dog, and you want more information about the situation PLEASE contact me at Houseofchristina@aol.com

If you are looking for a specific breeder it does not take rocket since to locate.
A very simple google search on the kennel name works wonders.

Breeder : Jeff  Mincy
Phone:  254-742-0522
Email: jmincy@hot.rr.com
Website:http://www.liebenkriegergsd.com
Location: Temple , TX

Also if you are certain the dog is in jeopardy wouldn't  the correct person to contact be your dog warden or ASPCA ?
After all the breeder is located in TX ,and not Michigan

Christina,
If this is a case that can be proven.  And for your sake i hope it is, since you have chosen to go on an international forum and make slanderous remarks concerning someone.  Yes, slanderous, for you offer no evidence as to the charges. As far as we know you are only a disgruntled family member.  Also, please keep in mind, that whether we like it or not alcholism is now treated as a disease. So, If she had cancer and was unable to pay her utility bills would you be blasting this broadcast across world? (or seeking help for her).

If this puppy is in danger, the seller would have no right to revoke ownership. No more so than that of a car salesman. When we sell a puppy whether we like it or not, we sell a product.

Let me suggest you contact the local animal rescue or GSD foster program.  Get the puppy some good care. Until this lady gets on her feet.

THEN FOCUS ON THE REAL ISSUE:  get the OWNER SOME HELP.  That puppy may very well be all that is keeping her alive.  I know - I TRAIN PSYCH SERVICE DOGS.

Some of the soldiers I work with coming back from Iraq . . . woman who have been raped . . . assalted childred . . . The live for their dogs and their dogs live for them.

MERRY CHRISTMAS

The appropriate thing to do if the dog truly is in jeopardy is to notify the authorities in your area who can do something about it. And if the individual is having trouble, hopefully that will be evident and the authorities and proper social service agencies can be involved to provide appropriate assistance.

I will hope that this was a genuine, although misguided attempt to help, rather than some sick method of getting back at someone you know.

I hope this is legit, too.

"No fenced yard."  The HORROR.  Give me a break.

My GSD would do fine with no heat, too.

Ok, this could be a bad situation, or it could not.  I'm just pretty sick of "no fenced yard" being cause of horror and animal removal, and listed FIRST no less, on the list of sins.
