Can you professionals tell me how not to be a prey for other cheaters like Frank Borowski?

After being cheated by the this big crook Frank Boroski who took my money & other inocent people all over the world & did not send us the puppies, I am realy afraid to get involved by making new deals with even the best German Breeders.

Beleive it or not this Frank Borowski sold the puppies of Klostermoor over 10 times to many database dealers making a big wealth.

So I am asking about the precautions that I should take to avoid this in the future.

Can you with your large experience tell me what I should do.

Do not ever believe he is sick he says many lies to avoid talking to people he also does not reply to phone calls & / or e-mails because he is curently chased by many people & the German police.

i believe you are one of the few that is not con by him. but if you can help the rest, pls post all his contact detail and also which hospital is he in? i been following the database these few weeks and i know lots of people that is looking for him. he need to be punished.
