4pack

I'm having issues coming up with names, my other half will even consider. He wants a traditional German name, if at all possible. I have searched German baby name lists and can't find anything my child wont be taunted with, going to a US school. Somebody help me. I have already adamantly shot down Heinrick, sounds like Hymlec. I gave him a kitten with that name, so he can't use it on our child. If I don't come up with something we both agree on, my baby, if a boy, will be Carl Henry Reusser the 4th. Already confusing having 3 idiots with the same name, in the same family. It should be illegal.

So far the 2 names we do have, aren't even German! LOL Oh and he came up with those names, not me. I'm so sick of reading name books and gave up looking about 1.5 months ago. I'm feeling bad because I already had my daughters name picked out by now.

I'm desperate and already sick of all the typical names in the books. Just start throwing them out here. Hopefully something will sound good to us BOTH.

Carl is a good name but you do not like it.

What about Erik? My Breeder friend in Germany has a son with this name. Michael, the German way of spelling, or George, also the German way. Joseph is another name. Curt or Kurt is another. Do you have any girl names on the ready? Just in case.

Hmmm, what letter is this litter?  That may help a little in figuring out the name.  I like "Herman" it was my first male GSD's name, good for a kid needing a German name I suppose.  I like Karl better, though.

Just a thought, how about Hans, Gerald or Bernhard.   Ahhh, screw it just go with "Jim".

I have a cousin named Eric, my dads name is Curtis, another cousin named Joseph (Joey). Michael is too common and George sounds like an old mans name. I already give my better half a hard time, he goes by Henry his middle name. I call him old man Henry, even though he is younger than I am. Ha Ha.

I like names like Alexander, can go by (Alex) or (Xander) if the child doesn't like his full name. I have a name that was hard to shorten. Michelle, I am no (Shelley) so I went by (Mitch) as my only option.

We both like Isabella, Izzy for a girl.
Ty for a boy.

He has Kenzy stuck in his head for a girl, I'm not so hot on it.

Looking for something somewhat unique but not space alien crazy.

I actually like the name, James (Jimmy) but I have an uncle Jim and I don't want to reuse a name already in use on either side.

I like Timothy, (Tim) (Timmy) also but had an ex fiance by that name, don't need to make any waves trying to throw that one out there. LMAO

I like Aaden, sounds too much like Baden. I also like Nicholas and Nathanial but Henry is not so thrilled.

I'm leaning towards Baby No Name.

I have a friend named Andrus, we call him Andy.

Do you want the name to reflect some characteristic? Have a meaning? Like some names that mean strong or warrior or something else. For what it's worth I'd steer clear of Tim or Timothy too but b' cos of someone else...

I tried to find a name with a meaning but gave up. The stronger meanings had harsh sounding names or ones that just didn't sound right to me. I guess I just have to hear the right name and it will scream "that's it"!
