my dog loves fish.. - Page 1

 My dog loves fish...i.e sardines, mackerel, trout, salmon ect...cooked of course...just curious if your dog is  the same....i think my dog would take fish over a t bone if he had the choice....(lol) maybe he's a seal with bigger ears, bigger teeth and a gsd mind and body. By the way he is five years of age and never had a problem with it (mixed n with his kibble 1-2 times a week)

Fish is a great source of protein, but should be used in moderation due to the high mercury content (especially in some types of fish, such as makeral and tuna), which can cause health problems. Alaskan salmon and sardines tend to have the lowest levels of mercury.
