Male GSD found in Lancaster, CA (north of Los Angeles).
Its probably a shot in the dark, but he's a really nice quality looking fella albeit underweight, looks similar to dogs from West German working lines. But no tattoo, no chip, no ID, no tags, nothin'. *sigh*
