I heard so too. However,he is a great dog!!!

The mother of the pups is a "full sister" to Eric, probably the result of a repeat breeding - he is not the father, so I guess the status of his equipment is a moot point..............

ok, I just saw his name and that was all I could understand. He is a very nice dog, just a one nutter.

He is a nice dog but that genetic trait scares me a bit in the breeding.

Apart from the fact that CLASSIFIEDS should be posted under CLASSIFIEDS, here is some info.
We are NOT talking a "repeat"-breeding here, rather an earlier breeding.
"Vollschwester" means: same father, same mother, not necessarily same litter.
Guess the dam discussed here belongs to the D-litter, born 9/02/2002, as opposed to Erich, born 7/09/2002.
What interests me more about this topic of course is the following: You're talking about a BSP winner here, and a runner-up at the WUSV worldchampionship, an excellent performer with great qualities, and what do people chat about on the forum? A missing nut!
Taken from my chart for Eric vom Sportpark:
BSP 2007 287 V 2
BSP 2008 280 SG 22
BSP 2009 V 1
WUSV 2007 280 SG 9
WUSV 2009 289 V 2
Let me raise my voice for a change, and yell in your face (the way a drill sergeant yells at his recrutes!) that the SV doesn't give a horses astronomical a*** for CHD and hasn't done so for fourty years, leaving hunderdthousands of people with crippled dogs, and what are people talking about on the forum: the missing nut of the champion! Get a life people! You have no idea how this upsets me.
Now Eric will not have too much progeny, don't you worry, but dogs like Vegas and Pakros will have a 1000 pups and they don't even have perfect hips or elbows. Believe me, that problem is bigger than Eric's nut. The existing one. Or do I mean the one who is no there?
Forget about Eric's missing nut, and do something about Hip Dysplasia!

if eric was a wolf in the wild the female is not going to check to see how many nuts he has.he would be breeding!
