That iS funny!! What isn't is that some poor sap will believe it, because it purports to come from the UN! Undoubtedly, as part of the scam, the sender will ask to send a check for some worthless check he/she receives that is "worth" more than the $800k. Someone must be falling for this trash for the scams to continue.

Holy mackeral with all that money why do they want to levy a global carbon tax?  I occasionally get one similar from the director of the fbi!
