My husband vaccinated dogs with boosters but forgot a female I was going to breed that was in heat should probably not have gotten vaccinated. How or will this affect this female's fertility? Can I still have a pregnancy with her?

I go by Dr. Jean Dodds vaccination protocol and she does not recommend vaccinations while in a heat, scroll to the end for that info:
