Hi All,

19 days (plus) and my pack of Winstons is sitting on the shelf by my monitor.  For all I care, they can rot.

I did a lot of work on my webpage - www.sl-prokeys.com/smoke/smoke.htm - to make the self-updating script as accurate as possible.  It's the grey box about halfway down the page.

Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving.  If I didn't have anything to give thanks for, I guess my (non) consumption of tobacco is really all I need.

Good for you!  Keep up the good work.

Good work! Nicotine is definitely my drug of choice, so I quit a long time ago. If I can do it, you can do it, that's for sure. Yuck, nasty stuff.

Congratulations ! I smoked for 35 years ! Pall malls and it took me 5 years to finally quit! After nicorette and many failures and restarts and rolling topps tobacco I finally was sucessfull! @ todays prices and after the latest court decision awarding the woman many millions of dollars from phillip morris the price of smokes will continue to go up! That tobacco demon will always be around but now you know you can live without it! With all the money you save you can probably buy a new house and what else could you do with the extra cash

Way to go Steve! That is a lot to be thankful for.
My 22 year addiction to cigarettes is something I need to kick. It sounds crazy, but even the thought of quitting has me shaking and near tears. I will need a support group when I finally do quit. Dangerous and disgusting habit. Hopefully I will be able to quit before it kills me. If I had to choose only one thing I could change about my past it would be that I ever picked up a smoke. And there are a lot of things I'd do differently ;-)
Again, way to go!

Way to go, Steve!
Thank you for sharing this method, it will most likely help others who want to quit, but are worried they won't be able to "hack" it (pun intended).

Stacy when you are ready to quit, all of us who have hoed that row before you will be here to help you through it.  You can do it.
