I hope all of you have a happy and joyous holiday season this year. As we start in this holiday season we can look back and see many things that might make us dispare from world events to our own back yards it isn,t easy and the path forward is not always clear but as long as we can count on one another as friends and show that we care just a little it will be easier and you will never be alone.
My friends I hope you all have cause to celebrate and find cheer in your lives and endevores this holiday season. Bless you all and all your four legged friends, for I am a better person to have met you all.

Bob and all!
Happy Thanksgiving to all! I get up everyday to see a new day, to live a new day and am not pushing daisies! I have eyes to see my dogs, I can walk with them, and talk to them. I might not have much material wise, but for what I have, I am truly blessed. It proves that I do not need much, but to be thankful for what I have.
Thank-you to all for your advice and comments. When one person is helped, many others are helped also.

This will be the first year in decades I have not prepared "The Feast". Feels weird not to be doing prep work tonight, but hopefully this time next year I will be back singing away in the kitchen, thinking about pigging our for about a week on all the food I am preparing way too much of, no matter how many people I am cooking for at the time! :-))))
With the holiday in mind, (my FAVORITE holiday is TG in fact:), and no big plans for the day myself, I will be available all day for emergency phone assistance for anyone who might end up a little bit over their head come crunch time in the kitchen.
There aren't too many TG feast disasters I haven't both accomplished, and learned to either overcome, or go around (read: substitution is an art form in the kitchen) at least once over the years. All calls will be treated with the strictest confidence, respect and dignity.
All us old broads can cook.
Just don't ask me how to warm up dinner rolls. LOLOL
