Today is St. Cecilia day. She is the patron saint of music. Sadly, on this date in 1963, John F. Kennedy was also assassinated.

I remember that day. It was the day my mother cried, and all I could watch was this long parade of cars on the TV.

How young people get their music today is still something that changes too fast for me. I don't think young ones appreciate the whole beauty of exploring the "Album".  They laugh at my suggestion; that it has a sense of the archaic, and something gets lost with it, substance of voice, I think.
