After the KC very publicly attacking the international type of GSD the B.O.B and the judge at crufts will the KC dictate what judges the Championship shows have and will judges deemed to have put up dogs that are unsound lose the right to award C.C.s

You have it in one.     I keep saying  -  sign the document  -  Tip of the Iceberg.    Mo.

I understand that those judges who have already accepted and signed contracts to judge at championship shows are being sent a further contract to sign to confirm they will not put up unsound dogs or allow double-handling.

As we all know, from the mouths of the kc stewards sitting at the crufts ring-side, they cant agree on what is unsound themselves!

WUSV here we come!

wot yu say is correct Sally.i was stood next the gentleman and the lady taking notes and as i said in another post......the man thought 10 per cent of males were unsound, but the lady didnt agree with him,she thought quite a few more were.all i can say is heaven help us.many of the english ones i,ve seen at open shows are unsound imo.too, along with their unsound characters.wonder if the gen.champ.shows which have an alsatian judge will be srutinised.the 1st one will be working and pastoral breeds of wales.Rhian can yu let us know please.i would suspect that those judges who put up dogs which the kc consider are unsound will either be taken off the judging list,or sent for lessons.wot a joke.Do yu think that the CCwill now be taken away from Lagos and given to the RCC winner?i suppose we,ll have to wait and see.this question was one that had crossed my mind before.i,ll be attending most of the gen.ch.shows hopefully ,so will take notes.might even attend an ALSATIAN one ,albeit without Chiki of course,TOO SEE IF THE KC ARE PLAYING A FAIR GAME. AND TO TAKE NOTES FOR MYSELF AND YES I,LL BE FAIR IN MY COMMENTS ON THE ANIMALS UNLIKE SOME.Carole.

A judge having signed a contract already, does not have to do extra paperwork.  Legally he signed the contract at the time he signed it, for the issues that were therein.
A further addition contracted in, is the choice of the person being asked.   Working at your job, if you were presented with a new contract which said "do double the work" - you have every right to say Not So, my Contract that stands does not have that written in to it.

Perhaps we will have the fonts of all things GSD, Caire Balding and the Cisko kid scrutinising the judges.  Feel sorry for any judge that has already accepted for 2010 but I suppose as Mo has said a new contract will exscuse those that no longer wish to continue in the KC's dictats.

Hi Mo

I was told by the person it happened to.  Whatever the show secretary does is up to her, but he told me he has refused to sign it.  And she did not know what to do then!!

England no Leadership a K.C. who is anti-gsd. you can see why the K.C. will not be a member of the F.C.I.because they can play around with their breed standard of all breeds even the gsd. Good luck with your fight for the rights of the
DEUTSCHE SCHÄFERHUNDE.

good post opa and very true.... but leadership is emerging, and importantly from people that dont have their own gain and glory agenda.  This is a probem that we have had to deal with and it has been a long time coming to the eye of the public totally.   Mo
